Federal’s .38 Special lead round nose load is an economical round for target shooting. Packaged in boxes of 50, these cartridges use reloadable Boxer-primed brass and fire a 158-grain bullet at a 760 feet per second, generating light recoil. This round is best suited for outdoor ranges due to the potential for lead exposure. Some indoor ranges prohibit use of lead round nose bullets.
